Live sample data. Pick an event to see which tools switch on. What guests do on the phone lands in your console.

Everything an event needs, in the order it needs it

Most tools do one job. Guest Collab handles the invite, the day and the memories, so you and your guests use one link the entire time.

Before

Plan it

  • Invites & RSVPsEmail the invite, track households and plus-ones, collect meal choices and dietary needs. See who has opened it, and let reminders chase the rest.
  • Guest list & contactsImport a spreadsheet or add people as they reply. Your address book builds itself for the next event.
  • ScheduleCeremony, cocktails and reception, or a whole weekend. Guests see the run of the day on their phone.
  • Menu & seatingCourses, meal picks and a seating chart, with headcounts your caterer can cook from.
  • Print-ready QR cardsTable cards and RSVP inserts for paper invitations, generated for you.
During

Run it

  • One code for every guestUpload photos and videos, check the schedule, request a song, sign the guestbook, give to the fund. No app, no account.
  • Live wallNew photos appear on the venue screen moments after they are taken.
  • Song requestsGuests request from the event link. Your DJ, or your own playlist, sees the queue.
  • Scavenger huntPhoto challenges with points and a leaderboard that keep the room moving.
  • Moderation when you want itApprove uploads before they go public. On by default for kids' parties and work events.
After

Keep it

  • One galleryEvery photo and video from every guest, in full quality. Nothing compressed, no length limits.
  • Reactions, comments & notesGuests react, comment and leave guestbook messages alongside the photos.
  • Download everythingExport the whole event as a ZIP of the originals, any time.
  • Carries overPhotos and contacts from every event stay in one account, so the next one starts from the last.

Pick the event, and the right tools are already on

More than 60 event types, each with a sensible starting setup. A wedding opens RSVPs and the guestbook, a kids' party turns on the hunt and keeps uploads private. Change anything with a tap.

Nothing to install

It runs in the phone's browser. Guests tap the link in their invite or scan the code on the table, and they are in.

You choose the door

  • Open anyone with the link, check-in optional
  • Identify a name plus an email or phone
  • Guest list only only guests on your list, no walk-ups
  • Login required an account, for the strictest events

It looks like your event

Your cover photo, colours, logo and welcome message. Your notes (dress code, parking, adults only) sit right where guests answer.

They can come back

Guests who sign in see every event they are invited to on their own dashboard, and reply to the next one in two taps.

RSVPs that do more than count heads

A reply that captures the whole party, their meals and their needs, and a guest list that tells you who still has to be chased.

  • Whole households, one reply. A guest answers for their party: partner, kids, plus-ones, each with their own meal and needs.
  • Meals by course. Guests pick dishes per person. The counts roll up for the caterer, and allergies are checked against the menu.
  • Needs and access. Dietary needs, allergies, a high chair, step-free access: captured per person, filterable in your list.
  • The right parts. Ceremony only, or the whole weekend. Invite people to specific parts and see who is coming to each.
  • Who has opened their invite. Added, emailed, opened, replied, attending: the whole funnel, with a “seen, no reply” list to nudge.
  • Reply now, dishes later. Guests answer first. Once the menu is set, one tap asks everyone still deciding to pick.
  • Reminders that send themselves. A deadline reminder, an event-day reminder and a photo request afterwards, each one switch.
  • Paper invitations too. Print RSVP inserts with a QR code. Scanning opens the reply and adds the guest to your list.

A plated wedding dinner

Meals per guest feed the seating chart and the caterer's headcount, with special plates flagged table by table.

A two-day offsite

Per-day attendance, dietary needs for lunch, and guest-list-only access so only the team gets in.

A kids' party

Parents reply for the family, the list stays private, and every upload waits for your approval.

Paper invitations

A QR insert in the envelope opens the reply. Walk-ups give a name and an email or phone at the door and land in your contacts.

Every photo and video, with the reactions to go with them

Guests upload from their camera roll before, during and after the day. Everything lands in one gallery, in original quality, where people react, comment and tag the moments.

  • Original quality. No compression and no length caps on video. Guests upload from the camera roll in a few taps.

  • Reactions and comments. Five reactions and a comment thread on every photo. “Most loved” floats the best shots to the top.

  • Moments, not folders. Tag photos by moment and filter the gallery by it. Let guests tag too, or keep that to yourself.

  • Mine. Guests find their own uploads in one tap, including the ones still waiting for your approval.

  • You stay in control. Approve before anything goes public, delete anything, and see who shared what on each guest's RSVP row.

  • Keep all of it. Download the whole event as a ZIP of the originals, any time, and browse every event's photos together.

The live wall

Approved photos appear on the venue screen moments after they are taken, with the code on screen so the next guest adds theirs. With DJ Pro, song requests and crowd emoji join the wall too.
